Please keep the entire beach open to the public. It's the best beach in the whole state. My heart swims there. No development on the beach is best.

Prefer no block of housing or commercial along any waterfront. Prefer intermittent open spaces for pedestrians and auto travelers to continue their mental connection to the water. Farther away from the water (500') I do not mind some buildings at 45' to peek over the trees and lower buildings and still have some view of the water. Can trees be cut lower next to the water to allow others some views?

In my opinion Spectrum does not really help me get internet when they ask $22,000 to run their cable to my home. Build a new system that is high enough to serve everyone with air born connection.

Offer developers free land and tax breaks to build low cost housing because the banks and construction lenders are not helping at this time. And maybe for a long time.

Having met some working ladies who had little money and recently lost their rental home of 20 years because it was sold, I believe we need to have low cost housing. Some cities have "rent control" that requires sellers to pay a fee when they kick out long time tenants.

I would like to give a shout out to Roger Mix. He created a trailer park that offers lower cost housing to people in need. Ob Mix is probably smiling.
