At trivia tonight I learned from Arlene Sweeting that you can email the folks at WUWU and send your sweetheart an aural Valentine over the airwaves—Friday is St. Valentine’s Day. Write to them at wuwulpfm@gmail.com. Or you could probably call.
Also on Friday is the Karaoke Dance Party at the Garden Theater from 7 pm to 10. Entrance is free (drinks and Kilwin’s chocolates are available for purchase). If you’re really serious about singing a certain song, you can email ahead and lock it down.
Then on Saturday, February 22 (next Saturday), Community Dinners are back at Elberta’s best church! And on the menu is an old fave, spaghetti. Everyone is welcome.
